Tutoring will help with the transition from numbers to letters within problems so it is not confusing to students. ...I can teach basic theory, chord and scale construction, modes, song formation, etc. But as a beginning guitar player, I urge the student to focus on playing the instrument before getting to the theory. Basic theory is simple and important and helps with improvising, but to me, just playing the guitar is satisfying and incredible amounts of fun.
