...I find it easiest to deconstruct all problems to their most basic properties, and examine them as they move up in complexity. The best part about tutoring is probably answering questions that you have. Guiding my students through a trouble spot in their understanding, and seeing their eyes light up as they yell "Oh!" once they understand is definitely the best part of being a tutor.
