...I was on Dean's List in Spring 2010 and hope to be on it again this semester. I would like to help students understand better course materials and what is integral in extracting information from problems and solving them. ...For standardized tests (SAT, ACT, etc.), I recommend buying a prep book and taking practice tests. That helps to diagnose weak areas. Going over sample problems with a student often helps to find out where there might be obstacles.
