For 5 years I worked as a tutor with "at-risk" K-12 students who'd missed a lot of schooling and were behind their classmates. The two subject areas I devoted the most time to was reading and math. I have experience teaching math subjects like decimals, fractions and percents, ratio and proportion, area and perimeter, equations, graphing, angles, measurement conversions, word problems, etc.
