I've studied and taught math for years and I believe good tutoring involves learning from you about what you already know well and what you believe you can do in math. ...I have thought a lot about the mechanism of developing a concept, presentation, talk and then how to deliver so everyone in the audience understands. Growing up I hated public speaking so I have a good sense of what it takes to get to a place where you would rather be in front of a crowd talking about a topic you care about than anywhere else. ...I have particular experience in pre-calculus, with a significant portion of my students in recent years having been at this level. As a transitional subject, pre-calculus has two roles. It repeats some of the material from Algebra 2 but with some additional and more complex ideas.
