...Those problems can take some time and effort to work on, but they can be corrected and children can become fine writers. The most obvious problems are are spelling and grammar, but those problems are better dealt with separately. It's helpful to point out errors in spelling and grammar and correct them in a written piece of work, but learning them belongs in separate subjects.
