...Using this time and the measurement of the length of the aisle, we were able to calculate the speed of the rubber band car. We then used the scale that the car was built with to find how fast the rubber band car would go if it were large enough to fit a human driver. The students laughed when they realized most of them are able to walk faster than a life-sized rubber band car.
