Otherwise, mathematics remains a disjointed jumble of intimidating facts, easily forgotten and never appreciated. I meet students with varying skill levels, mathematical backgrounds, and academic goals, and I tailor my lessons accordingly.

...Then we will practice together until you can solve math and science problems in your sleep! Contact me to talk about your possibilities.I have a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University and wrote my dissertation on a physics topic. I have a Master's and B.S. (with Honors) in Electrical Engineering from Cornell University.

As an Electrical Engineer, I've always been attracted to the subjects of Mathematics and Science. I've previously had some experience tutoring when I was in school myself, as well as helping my daughter when she was taking AP Math and AP Science classes in High School. I enjoy teaching and have been involved with instructing my colleagues while I worked in industry.

My approach to tutoring is to guide students along a path in order to allow them to see the solution for themselves. It is my greatest reward to see someone light up after solving a problem on their own, with just some guiding on my part.
