...I graduated in May 2011 with a bachelor's degree in mathematics and a teaching certificate to teach mathematics in grades 7-12. While in college, I was part of the Academic Learning Center where I tutored college students in mathematics and sociology anywhere from basic courses to preparing for the Praxis exams. If one approach doesn't work, I'll try another...then another, until the student feels comfortable.
