...Many students who "get math" have trouble with the newer concepts learned in Geometry, reasoning, proofs, formulas, etc. I help my students understand the "why" behind these concepts. Prealgebra is usually the beginning of where parents stop being able to help their students with "math" -- even if you did well in school, you have probably forgotten the harder concepts.
