...I believe it is important to have an open dialogue, especially with parents, so I welcome feedback after and between lessons to make sure you are getting your needs met. As for scheduling, I am generally flexible, but I do have a 12 hour cancellation policy. I am understanding of sudden conflicts and I do offer make up lessons.
