...The trigonometry portion presents many new and difficult concepts, but the algebra portion takes everything from Algebra II deeper making everything very complex and solving problems you don't really see any reason to solve. In truth, the main objective is to solidify your Algebra skills. Most of the problems that are presented are much more easily solved in Calculus next year.

...It's tough! The biggest problem I have seen is students not taking the time to understand the fundamentals. Once the fundamentals are understood then chemistry can be very straight forward.
