...I set myself apart by becoming a student leader as a Resident Assistant and a member of various clubs on campus. As part of my coursework I implemented lessons in the urban setting of the Reading school district. This gave me the opportunity to learn the importance of making personal connections with students to promote student motivation and achievement.
