...I love math and I love teaching! I've continued learning math all through high school, college, and graduate school, as well as professionally, and I've engaged in a lot of tutoring and training opportunities along the way. I love helping to make math and technical skills easier for learners.
...As such, I try to bring flexibility, empathy, and patience to my approach to tutoring. I also try to build in mathematical intuition and connections to more abstract ideas whenever possible, as I believe this helps students retain concepts and feel more comfortable with the techniques and tools ...
...I also enjoyed writing music for piano. Please do not hesitate to ask me questions about ways I might be able to help you. I would love to hear about your needs to see if I think I would make a good fit.
...The teaching style I use is completely dependent on the particular student being taught. I'm a big fan of the adage 'Give a man a fish, and he will eat for a day. Teach a man to fish, and he will eat for the rest of his life'.

...As for Chemistry, I encourage students to understand the basic concepts instead of merely memorizing them. I also need to point out that it DO require time to memorize some simple facts, but as less as possible. I have a very solid educational background in mathematics.
