...I believe that the greatest social and academic improvements can be seen in children with the proper teacher. It is vital for the kid to want to learn the information and positive reinforcement plays a large role in that. From my experience I've learned that by showing a child how impressed you are when he or she learns a new piece of information will encourage them to want to learn more.
