...I was on Dean's List in Spring 2010 and hope to be on it again this semester. I would like to help students understand better course materials and what is integral in extracting information from problems and solving them. My undergraduate degree is in Commerce/Accounting from the McIntire School of Commerce at UVA. ...Students came in and asked how to use math programs such as Maple and other subjects such as statistics. Still, some students came with take-home tests that should not be answered. It also gave tutors the responsibility as to what kind of environment was needed to keep students studying and how much flexibility was to be given when grading math tutorials.
