...Every student has their own individual needs and desires. Certain teaching techniques will not work of all students. Every student under my tutelage will have their own dossier where I will constantly track and update the student's progress to identify weaknesses which will need to be addressed and strategies that do and don't work.

I observe their current problem-solving strategies to figure out their weaknesses and train them to discover the best practices that work for them.
