...I can use a full range of concordances including Young's, Strongs, and the Englishman's. I am familiar with concordances as well as Biblical history and the history of the canon. Having spent much of my life in engineering, the use of discrete math has been a necessity of sorts, arising from the need to use a digital, or counting, approach to quantifying continuous items.

...There are many bridges of this type - I try to work them into each tutoring session. Of all the subjects that I have tutored for the last 5+ years, Chemistry has been the one most in demand. This may be due in part to the Chemistry SOL test required in Virginia for graduation.

...Linear Algebra (Vectors and Matrices) can be applied to solutions of Differential Equations. MATLAB relieves the tedium of calculating solutions. I now use FreeMat, a free version of MATLAB.
