I am a graduate student at Johns Hopkins and I hope to become a professor one day after I graduate with my PhD. I started tutoring when I was in high school with a after school tutoring program. ...That is the energy that I bring to my sessions. Throughout my life, I have striven to replace "impossible" with "challenging" and "I can't" with "I'm working on it." These are the same ideal that bring to my tutoring sessions. As I tutor, I believe in setting goals with my students and work with them to constantly and consistently work to exceed it.

I have loved math and science for as long as I can remember, and I have loved working with kids as a tutor and a camp counselor since I was a senior in high school. I have tutored middle and high school students for 3 years and I have been a camp counselor for kids aged 9-16 for the past 6 summers. I am patient, observant, encouraging and respectful.
