...Geometry is also the first course where many students have to write proofs, which can be confusing. Oftentimes it seems unclear what students have to include in a proof, and what they don't need. I like to help students understand exactly what is needed in a proof and why, by reducing it to a purely logical argument and explanation of what we are trying to show.
