...Many students believe they can score higher on the ACT than on the SAT. The ACT math questions are more straightforward than those on the SAT, and the ACT reading passages are at a slightly lower level, but many students struggle with the ACT's science section. Also, the ACT covers trig and elements of precalculus while the SAT goes only through Algebra 2.
