...I find phonology interesting and I have done some study of that, which has given me a good, thorough understanding of the sounds of language, which is helpful in teaching phonics. I've always enjoyed teaching phonics because I've had a lot of success doing it, and I find it relaxing. I use an analytic approach to teaching handwriting, similar to the old Palmer Method.
