...I tell my students I became a math teacher because I saw many students struggle with the subject and I said to myself there has to be a better and easier way to grasp the concepts. MATHEMATICS MAKES SENSE. I have a master's degree and have taught junior high, high school, and community college.

...One of the things I emphasize is learning how to do basic math without the use of calculators. Calculators are great for some problems, like say 23.98342 x .00498, or for graphing multiple equations, but they were not designed for everything. For instance every student should be able to compute 12 x 40 by hand.

...Misspelled words or improper grammar is not a good thing and does not appear professional. SAT reading prep is important to the student because they have to know how to read and comprehend the subject matter in order to answer the questions. I have reading comp exercises I provide to the student to help them study and succeed for the SAT reading portion.
