I love teaching. More specifically, I love being part of someone's discovery that math isn't really a foreign language and that writing doesn't have to be a torturous process. I believe that learning should be fun, and enjoy seeing the satisfaction, confidence, and wonder that comes with understanding and success.
...I have taught test prep with several tutoring agencies for over two years. Although I took the SAT over 10 years ago, I have recently taken a diagnostic test, on which I scored 780. I am also trained to teach the New SAT, which differs significantly from the current SAT and will launch in 2016.
...I have experience working with and motivating students of all abilities. All students deserve to have their educational needs met and need opportunities to learn, grow, and be challenged to strive for excellence. I specialize in students with learning differences, attention challenges, giftedness and twice-exceptional students.

...I have tutored multiple children in the beginning stage, but would be just as comfortable helping older students. I received 100% on this subject certification. I am an experienced SAT math tutor who enjoys helping students get an edge on the test.
