...These rules prepared students for real life experiences that ranged from being able to hold a conversation with a peer to being prepared for a job interview. My first year out of college I substituted for Pennridge and Souderton School Districts. I substituted in grades K-8 and was able to gain experience teaching a variety of subjects to many different grade levels.
