...My teaching philosophy is in line with Krashen's (famous for his theories in this field) methodology: language acquisition vs. language learning. That is not at all to say that there will be no need for repetition and grammar drilling. On the contrary, I feel that language is always acquired by reinforcing what has already been presented, because memory and learning are directly connected.
I have a M.S. degree in psychology with a concentration in child and adolescent development and have previously taken courses in education.
