...I am currently taking calculus 1, which I currently have an A in as well. I plan on continuing my math career by taking calculus 2 & 3, as well as other upper level math course. I believe I would make an outstanding math tutor because I have a deep passion for learning math at all levels.

Math is cumulative and every skill must be understood along the way. Geometry is quite different from Algebra and often times, students that excel in Algebra may have trouble with Geometry.
