...It is important to me to challenge a student, but not to the point of frustration or being overwhelmed. I would assign homework, ranging in difficulty level, for the student after every session and have periodic assessment tests to track progress. Feedback and constructive criticism is key and vital to improving how I may teach students, so it is welcomed.
