...I feel Pre-algebra tends to need a two-pronged approach. I have found at this level the students who have trouble are those that have always felt math was hard. Often they just need me to go back and work on more basic concepts to help strengthen their foundation while making sure we are getting all of their homework done, passing their tests, and not falling behind.
