...I received Wheaton College's highest music composition prize as a sophomore student. I have been playing the double bass and bass guitar for many years and have studied jazz bass and piano with seasoned performers. I have received several undergraduate poetry prizes, including First Place in Christianity & Literature's Student Writing Contest.
