I have recently moved to Santa Rosa from Colorado. My career there spanned from teaching Kindergarten and Special Education to being an elementary school principal, a professional development specialist, and finally an instructor at the University of Colorado. I remain on faculty there, teaching online courses in literacy and many other educational topics.

...By showing students the significance in biology, they will be more interested in the course, which will in turn, allow them to understand concepts easier. Some students may not learn about mitosis through reading two pages worth of material without any diagrams. From my experience as a tutor, hands on learning is essential.
