With my unique background and education, I can work successfully with a wide variety of students who have a wide variety of "issues" with learning math. I understand where the problems are, and how best to get past them and onto a confident path to math success. My undergraduate degree is in mathematics, and I have worked as a computer professional, as well as a math tutor.

...I tutor because I like seeing other people succeed and if I can help them get there, then all the better! I work well with all personalities and believe that everyone learns in their own unique way, it's all about finding that method that clicks! Throughout high school and Montgomery I obtained a 4.4 GPA in all classes, and scored a 4 on the AP Statistics test.

...Because of my expertise in so many subjects, I show them what they need to know for each test as well. I also teach time management and organization skills so that students can use their time more efficiently. Teaching these study skills to my students has helped them dramatically increase their grades.

I am a sophomore at UC Berkeley majoring in math and physics. I did a little tutoring in high school as well as helping friends with math this fall and last spring, all of whom said that I was able to clear up what professors and teachers said and help them understand concepts. I am very flexible with time and location as long as it is not too far by AC transit or BART.
