...I have taught D'Nealean print and cursive writing to 2nd graders and 1st graders for 10 years. I have introduced each letter and used practice sheets for students to copy the letter formation correctly. I have helped many students improve their handwriting by using other media like sandpaper, hand gel, shaving cream, and paint to improve the eye-hand coordination while writing in cursive.
