...I love to help students have that "lightbulb" moment, especially when they think that there is no way that they will ever understand the material. I think that I get just as much out of tutoring students as the students get out of it. Through my education, I have always taken a leadership role in my classes, often tutoring my classmates on the side in my spare time.
