I know these topics are typically considered to be some of the hardest classes in high school or college but I want to show students that it is not as difficult as you may think.

...I graduated December 2013 with my Bachelors of Science degree in Biochemistry and am working on my Masters in Chemistry now. During my undergraduate career, I worked as a science tutor in the Science Learning Resource Center on campus (3 yrs) and also worked as a TA teaching chemistry and biochemistry labs. Gaining a good foundation in math is imperative, and Prealgebra is no exception!

...After moving back, I worked as a tutor with a private tutoring company helping students in middle school and high school math and chemistry. I also worked at a local community college teaching general chemistry lab. While I was at Texas A&M, I had the honor of learning from an amazingly inspiring professor that really sparked my love for teaching science to all ages.
