...A bit of background on my experiences and education: I attended college when I was 17 years old and received a B.S. in Finance with a GPA of 3.9 from Harbin Engineering University in China. For my graduate work,I received a M.S. in Finance from the University of Colorado at Denver, with a GPA of 3.85. While at UC Denver, I was a TA for 2 years in the subjects of Finance and Economics.

...The most important fundamental is you cannot cause the person to do something they otherwise would not do. So my teaching method is to first ignite the spark for learning before the teaching ensues. Sure, it is possible to make someone learn something against their will; however, this is just a short-term achievement.
