I believe that a student develops a love of learning from a teacher who has a love for teaching. As a graduate from Harvard University in Electrical Engineering, I have always had a passion for math and science and for sharing them with others. I had a great time tutoring friends and younger kids in math throughout high school.

...Anthropology was my primary major in college. Although my concentration was in cultural anthropology, I also took courses in archaeology, physical anthropology, linguistics and sociology. In my field of law I often put my knowledge of sociology and cultural anthropology to use.

...I've used sign language to give speeches and presentations to groups ranging from as little as 10 to over 3,000. I believe learning the language should be fun and something that enriches your life. I've taught 13 people sign language thus far, and their ages ranged from 6 years old to 63 so I'm comfortable with a variety of ages.

...I have tutored on and off during the last few years but am looking forward to more tutoring opportunities in the near future. I also tutored all through college, different level math classes. I really enjoy working one-on-one with students during tutoring sessions and getting the opportunity to see students grow in math.
