I got an A in Precalculus during my junior at Valley Christian High School, and after going on to study two years of calculus, I'm now working as a tutor in the East Valley.

...My tutoring relies heavily on getting the student in the 'driver's seat' quickly, with problems that cover the desired subject matter. My tutoring style is based on building confidence and joy in the subject, leading to the student's desire to become a life-long learner. I don't recommend cramming, or marathon sessions before a major test - my magic wand is in the shop.
