I was a math teacher and taught math in Viet Nam for 10 years before coming to the U.S.A years ago. I have loved math as much as children since I was a young boy. However, I became an electrical engineer after graduated the University of Maryland in this country about 13 years ago and I always apply math to my engineering projects.

...While I have mostly taught all levels of calculus and statistics, I can also teach college algebra and pre-calculus as well as contemporary math. My background is in engineering and business, so I use an applied math approach to teaching. I find knowing why the math is important goes a long way towards helping students retain information.
