...I also have tutored linear algebra both privately and at a tutoring center in college. I worked at a tutoring center as an undergraduate student for several years where I tutored all mathematics courses through differential equations and vector calculus. I also tutored mathematics privately for many years, including finite mathematics.

...I am detail oriented and very focused on ensuring that whomever I am working with has a comprehensive, worthwhile and enjoyable experience. I have worked as a laboratory chemist and as an instructor at Tacoma Community College for several years. I have also taught high school level sciences and mathematics.

With my teaching experience of all levels of high school mathematics and the appropriate use of technology, I will do everything to find a way to help you learn mathematics. I can not promise a quick fix, but I will not stop working if you make the effort. -Bill

I am a graduate of a university, and I am a Physics and Engineering professor at a college. I have 6 years of experience tutoring and teaching Physics, math and various sciences from elementary through college. I primarily tutor high school math and sciences but also have extensive experience in all forms of engineering and higher mathematics including Calculus and Linear Algebra.

Word problems are always a struggle for people, and I believe that the more we practice and understand what it is a question is asking, the better we can do in the subject matter.
