I graduated from Sonoma State University in 1995 and have spent many years in the healthcare field, however I have always had a passion for helping others. I have taught algebra, trigonometry, precalculus, geometry, linear algebra, and business math at various community colleges and a state university for 4 years.

I also find real-world applications for the math concepts so students see how relevant math is in their lives. When I teach math concepts such as Precalculus, I try to make it more engaging for the student by connecting the math concepts to other subjects.
