...I played football in High School, playing offensive line as a Center and a Guard. Block assignments, pass blocking versus rush blocking, pulling, and fundamental rules to avoid penalties and amateur mistakes are what I have to offer budding young players. I've lived abroad and have taught English at a variety of grade levels.

...As a transitional subject, pre-calculus has two roles. It repeats some of the material from Algebra 2 but with some additional and more complex ideas. And it introduces entirely new concepts that the student has not seen that he/she will be assumed to know when entering calculus later in his or her education.

...My primary dedication is always to my students. A student's goal is my goal, be it mastering a certain subject area or raising a letter grade. I always track a student's progress based on what he or she hopes to accomplish.
