...I won 3 spelling bees when I was in grade school and middle school. Math is vital to my area of study, and I've taken numerous college level math classes. I have gained a high degree of understanding of math, and I love teaching it to junior high and high school students.

...Every student learns in his or her own way and I do my best to present the topics in the way that works best for you. I have both lived and taught (English as foreign language) in France, and enjoy helping students from all different backgrounds. I graduated from Missouri State University with a 3.62 overall (4 point scale), thus I feel that I am qualified to tutor in many areas.

...I always earned high grades and accolades and learned those concepts quickly and easily. When I work with students, first I make sure that student understands all related concepts, then I spend time teaching strategies to solve the problems assigned. I prepare students for quizzes, tests, homework and ISAT or any standardized tests.

...Some people say "I am not good at math!" and that is simply not true. Everyone can be good at math, you just haven't met the right person to teach it to you. I believe I am good at math but I always feel there is room for improvement and that is why for the last year I keep taking graduate courses at University of Chicago to help me teach it even better.
