I am having some difficulty with a mixture word problem. I know the basic the concept for setting them up, but I am not putting something in the problem.
Problem:
How many gallons of pure water must be added to 10 gal of a solution that is 25% soap to make a solution that is 5% soap?
x+(.25)(10)=.05(x+10)
What am i leaving out?
